(ADCW), formerly known as Astin Resources (ARSB) is incorporated under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965 on 16 June, 2000 to carry out business as trader of security system, office automation products, 3D designing & consultation services and engaged in renovation works.
ADCW was established by a group of young professionals specialized in office solution. The company philosophy emphasizes on high quality and reliable products together with excellent after sales services. This strong belief has made ADCW one of the most rapidly grown and leading interior design company and renovation company in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia.
Our full interior design service includes conceptual design, space planning, lighting design, decor and soft furnishings. As a modern design and build contractor, we adopt a contemporary approach to interior design. We are passionate about all facets of design and believes it’s an essential component to delivering a comprehensive and successful project.

Managing Director for ADCW. Mr. Tham Teck Nam, Alan is a passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K (CIM) and has acquired vast experience in design and renovation works from his previous positions as Site Supervisor, Project Executive and Project Manager. Presently as Managing Director of ADCW, his duty is to oversee all jobs execution from design, implementation up to completion stage. He is also responsible for upgrading the technical knowledge and skill of the staff by conducting research and development program from time to time.
Design & Marketing Director for ADCW. Mr. Lim Nee Hing, Ivan is a passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K (CIM) and has acquired more than 15 years experience in marketing specialized in office solution industry. He is fully responsible in the marketing of company products and services to whole country including monitoring of market survey, setting of marketing strategies, marketing plans and provide training to marketing staff.
